Nestled among blossoming orange trees, gurgling fountains, and the winding, narrow lanes of Bellaluz village, El Bistro has stood at the heart of La Manga Club Resort since 1988, making it the resort’s longest-established, family-run restaurant.
The Betés family have lovingly operated El Bistro for over three decades, nurturing a warm, unhurried atmosphere that feels entirely removed from the world outside. One of the best sun-trap terraces on the resort by day, and an enchanting al fresco setting on warm Spanish evenings, the restaurant has earned its place as a true institution.
El Bistro is among a very select few venues at La Manga Club to have hosted His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain.
